By accessing or using AayoApp, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We collect different types of information to provide and improve our services.
Personal information: full name, email address, phone number, and gender.
Location information: we may collect your current or approximate location to show nearby events and improve recommendations. Location access is taken only with your consent and can be disabled at any time through your device settings.
Usage and technical data: device information, IP address, application usage data, crash logs, and analytics data.

AayoApp may use third-party services such as analytics providers, cloud hosting platforms, and map services. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

AayoApp is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Your information may be processed and stored outside your country of residence. By using AayoApp, you consent to such international data transfers.

This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the AayoApp platform, including any AayoApp website, mobile application, or related service (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
This overview is a summary for convenience only; the full Terms constitute the legally binding agreement. These Terms include important information about paid subscriptions, automatic renewals, limitations of liability, dispute resolution through arbitration, and class-action waivers, to the extent permitted by Indian law. If you violate these Terms or applicable laws, your account may be suspended or terminated.
By using the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with AayoApp. Certain features are paid and may be billed on a recurring basis unless auto-renewal is disabled or the subscription is cancelled.
Organizers may establish eligibility criteria for groups or events. Not every group is suitable for every member, and members are free to create their own groups subject to Platform policies.
Organizers may charge fees for memberships or events. All pricing, refunds, and cancellations must comply with applicable Indian consumer protection and e-commerce laws, including transparency and grievance requirements.
Use of the Platform may involve real-world interactions. AayoApp does not control offline events or interactions and encourages users to exercise good judgment and personal safety.
"Content" includes any text, images, media, messages, or information you upload or share. You are solely responsible for your Content and must ensure it complies with this Agreement and applicable laws.
AayoApp does not claim ownership of your Content. However, you grant AayoApp a license to use your Content as required to operate, improve, promote, and protect the Platform.
AayoApp does not routinely review Content before it is posted and is not responsible for Content shared by users. Content that violates these Terms may be reported and removed.
AayoApp strives to provide reliable access, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Your use is subject to the limitations of liability and dispute resolution terms described here, as permitted by Indian law.
This Agreement includes these Terms and all referenced policies, including Usage and Content Policies, Groups and Events Policies, Organizer Standards, Payment Policies, and API License Terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Revisions: AayoApp may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
Eligibility: the Platform is intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. Organizers may impose additional eligibility requirements.
Suspension or termination: AayoApp may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement, to protect the community, or as required by law. Moderators may also control access within their managed areas.
Account security: you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately to info@aayoapp.com.
License: subject to compliance, AayoApp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform features.
Some features are free; others require payment. Fees are disclosed upfront and may change with prior notice. For Indian users, fees are charged in INR and may include applicable taxes. Refunds, where applicable, are credited to your original payment method within 7–15 business days in accordance with Indian consumer laws.
Automatic renewals and free trials: subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled. Trial periods, renewal terms, and pricing are disclosed before purchase. Statutory refund or cooling-off rights under Indian law will be honored.
You remain responsible for the legality and ownership of your Content. You grant AayoApp a worldwide, royalty-free license to use Content for Platform operations and improvements. Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Please review the Privacy Policy for full details.
Informal resolution: parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes within 30 business days before formal proceedings.
Arbitration: disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Seat and venue: New Delhi, India. Language: English.
Governing law and courts: this Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Subject to arbitration, courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
